As a time- and effort-saver for competitions, an editable Judge Registration/Waiver form has been created. The competition organizer can fill out the bottom part, e-mail the form, and ask the participants to fill out the top and "save as (judge's name)," then e-mail it to the organizer to print out before judging day. They are to be signed and dated at check-in time on the day of the competition. This allows for more complete and legible information, as well as corrections to be made by the organizer (i.e. "Apprentice" checked instead of "Novice" for the non-BJCP people).
The competition organizer should still have blank hard-copies available.
For the organizer that chooses not to use them, a judge can still have this already filled out and on file, and printed judge before an event. No standing in line waiting for a form; go right to the refreshment table. You can find this in the Additional Resources section of our site.
Much thanks to Brian Cooper for his help with this.
